I haven't received my gin

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that you're gin-less. We would advise you to check your emails (as well as the spam filter) to see if you have received your tracking code from Royal Mail. Tracking your order will usually provide you with the details of the whereabouts of your order. If you haven't received your tracking code or if you have any questions or concerns, please email us on [email protected] - the membership team will be more than happy to investigate further and ensure that you get your gin ASAP. Please note that all boxes paid for on the 23rd are included in the first shipment, with ETA in the first week of the month. If you have signed up later or paid later than this date, the box will be delivered later in the month. 

We ask that you notify us within 30 days of the originally promised delivery time if your order has not shown up, has shown up damaged or you're experiencing any other issue with your purchase.
