Can I return my box?
We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your box.
To return your Gin of the Month box, please ensure that all items are in the original packaging, all items are sealed and in a resellable condition and that all items are securely packed. You can choose any preferred courier, however, we recommend sending it on a tracked service. Your box was delivered with Royal Mail, if you wish to use the same service to return, you can do so here.
How to return:
1) Make sure you include all items and return them in the original packaging
2) Clearly state your customer reference on the outside of the box. You can find this on the original address label or ask a member of our team. The reference will start with 'CG', e.g. CGXXXX11111
3) Send to:

We will refund the amount paid for the box once it is back in our warehouse and has gone through a quality check. To see where your return is in the process, please email [email protected] with either proof of return, tracking number, or similar.
Please note - we cannot accept returns of an individual product from a Gin of the Month box, all items must be included for a refund. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return and ensuring that the box gets to us undamaged. We cannot accept returns sent to our office address.
