Have we reached out to you on social media to feature your content on our social media channels, blog or website? Congrats! It means we love your photo, testimonial and/or other spirits related content.
By using the hashtag #YESCGC, you agree to us featuring your content on our social media channels, website, newsletter, blog, magazine, and / or for marketing purposes. You agree that:
- we can use your social media handle, name and/or your photograph(s), video, comment, testimonial, and any other related content (the “Content”) on craftginclub.co.uk and on any of Craft Gin Club’s social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & TikTok), blog, newsletter and Ginned! Magazine.
You promise that you:
- have the permission of everyone featured or named in the Content;
- have the right to grant Craft Gin Club the above rights; and
- are aged 18 of over
You understand that other users of these social media platforms can also share and make use of the Content once posted. In particular, a user of these platforms can take a screenshot of and save an image of the Content to their device, share the Content on social media platforms or websites which feature the Content (and sharing capabilities).
The Content that is published will be chosen at Craft Gin Club’s discretion. Craft Gin Club may use or edit the Content. Craft Gin Club is under no obligation to use any of the Content which uses the #YESCGC hashtag.
If for any reason you would like to remove permissions for the use of your content once granted, please contact [email protected] with a copy of the image and ask to opt out.
