When do you take payment?
We don't charge a joining fee, however, you pay for your first box when signing up. Following the first payment, we always take any future payments on the 23rd of the month before your next box is due*. We then get your box labelled and readied for dispatch and delivery in the first week of the following month. If you're paying for a gift, you will pay the full amount upfront.
*e.g. if you're due a February box, we will charge you on the 23rd of January.
