By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- The Craft Gin Club x Penningtons Spirits prize draw starts 1st October 2022 and ends midnight 31st October 2022.
- Prize: x1 (ONE) winner will win:
- A two-night stay at Lindeth Howe Hotel in the Lake District (for two adults sharing a room, including 2 nights dinner, bed and breakfast with a cream tea on arrival and a bottle of house wine with dinner on the first night)
- A bottle of gin behind the bar of the hotel to be enjoyed by the winner and their guest
- x1 Penningtons Hamper including: 70cl Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin, 70cl Lakeland Moon Signature Gin, 70cl Lakeland Moon Rhubarb Gin Liqueur, 50cl Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur, 50cl Bakewell Gin Liqueur, 50cl Honeycomb Gin Liqueur, Pennnigtons Gift Packs
- To enter you must purchase any bottle of Pennington’s Spirits and Liqueurs from the Craft Gin Club online shop.
- In order to qualify for entry purchases must be made between the competition start and end times stated.
- Multiple entries are allowed.
- Each qualifying checkout with the specified product will be automatically entered into the Craft Gin Club x Penningtons Spirits Prize Draw.
- The two-night stay at Lindeth Howe Hotel includes: 2 Nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast in the Westmorland Suite with a cream tea on arrival and a bottle of house wine with dinner on the first night. (Westmorland Suite subject to availability). Hotel reserves the right to allocate another room should the Westmorland Suite not be available. Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of winning. Dates excluded are Christmas and New Year breaks and Public and Bank Holidays. Prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged or extended. Prize is for 2 adults sharing a room only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in the UK.
- Craft Gin Club reserves the right to ask for evidence to verify the age and/or eligibility of an entrant at any time, and may withhold delivery of a prize until it has received such evidence from the winner. Failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Automated entries will be disqualified.
- The winner of the Craft Gin Club x Penningtons Spirits Prize Draw will be drawn, at random, after the specified end time.
- The winner will be notified via email and must provide a UK address for delivery of the prize voucher. The prize will not be delivered to any address outside the UK.
- If the Promoter (“Craft Gin Club”) does not receive a response within 7 days of initial contact, another winner will be drawn.
- No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Craft Gin Club reserves the right to amend or remove the competition without prior notification.
- The promoter (“Craft Gin Club”)’s decision is final.
- The winner’s personal details (name and email address) will be shared with Penningtons Spirits by Craft Gin Club for the express purpose of delivering the competition prize. Penningtons Spirits will not use this data for any other purpose (including marketing) unless you make arrangements and consent to do so directly with Penningtons Spirits and Lindeth Howe Hotel. A condition of entry is that you allow Craft Gin Club to share your personal data with Penningtons Spirits and Lindeth Howe Hotel but only in the event that you are the competition winner.
