What do I get in the Craft Gin Club box, and how much does it cost?

Each month, your Craft Gin Club box includes:

A 70cl bottle of premium gin

8 tonics perfectly paired with your gin

A garnish to enhance your G&T experience*

The Stir Magazine

*This may change depending on the month

How much is a box? 

You’ll receive your first box for a special introductory price of €35 and delivery is free. After your first box, the monthly subscription price is €59, and you’ll be charged automatically on the 23rd of each month.

When can I expect my delivery? 

For your first box, we charge you straight away and send you the next box available. Following your first box, we charge you for your next box on the 23rd of the month, prior to when the box is due. E.g. if you're due a February box, we charge you on the 23rd of January. This also means that any updates or changes to your membership will need to happen prior to the 23rd. 

Delivery times vary slightly, but we'll always keep you informed, we will make sure to email you to keep you updated when we have a tracking number and an approximate delivery date for you! I hope that helps. 

Which countries do you deliver to in Europe?

We currently deliver to The Netherlands and Germany, with plans to expand to more countries in the future!

How do I cancel or update my account details?

We make it easy to manage your subscription! If you’d like to cancel your membership or update any account details, just send us an email at [email protected], our team is ready to help.

Will I receive marketing emails from Craft Gin Club?

In Europe, you’ll only receive marketing communications if you specifically opt-in when creating your account. We respect your preferences and only send updates or offers if you’ve chosen to receive them.

How will I know when my payment will be taken each month?

We’ll send you a reminder email ahead of the 23rd of each month to let you know that your payment is about to be taken. This gives you a chance to make any adjustments to your account if needed.

What language will the communications be in?

Currently, our welcome email and subscription updates are in English. We’re working on expanding language support, and we appreciate your understanding as we grow.
