Delivery Options Explained
The cut-off for same-day dispatch when choosing Next Day delivery* is 1.30pm on business days, please note that dispatch might happen on the following business day if placing an order after 1.30pm. Stock availability might affect delivery times. We will always email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We hold stock within our UK-based warehouse with daily shipments being made through Royal Mail and EVRi services. Our 1.30pm cut-off gives us time to pick and pack your order ready for collection later that afternoon.
Our warehouse only operates on business days, so although Royal Mail and EVRi deliver through weekends, we unfortunately cannot pack and ship your orders on weekends or bank holidays. For example (and using the Easter Bank Holiday) orders placed after 1.30pm on a Thursday preceding Good Friday with our Next Day delivery* service won’t be packed and shipped from our warehouse until the following Tuesday and with you 24 hours later.
Next Day delivery*
When you choose our Standard Delivery, we aim to dispatch your order on or before the following weekday. Orders are sent by either 'Royal Mail Tracked 48' or 'EVRi standard delivery service'. We will aim but cannot guarantee to deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days of the day on which you place the order. Please note that this service is £7.95 for all members and non-members, regardless of loyalty tier. For members subscribed to Thirst Class, our Next Day delivery* service is free on shop orders over £40 after any discount code is applied.
Standard Delivery
When you choose our Standard Delivery, ‘Royal Mail Tracked 48’ or 'EVRi standard delivery service', we aim to dispatch your order on or before the following weekday. We will aim but can not guarantee to deliver your order within 2-4 working days of the day on which you place the order.
Please note that Highlands & Islands are excluded from the above, and delivery can, at times, take 1-2 days longer than stated. We're not able to offer any of the above options on pre-order items either, please refer to the product page for delivery times on these.
If there’s a chance your order will be delayed we’ll do our best to get in touch with you. We cannot absolutely guarantee delivery as we use an external courier (but we’ll do our best to get your ginny goodies to you as soon as!)
Prices
Our standard shipping cost is £4.99. For Bronze level Craft Gin Club members, we offer free shipping on orders over £50**, for Silver members free shipping applies to orders over £45** and for our Gold members, free shipping on orders over £35!
*To qualify for Next Day Delivery:
- Your order must be placed before 1.30pm on a business day. If your order is after 1.30pm it will be shipped the next business day.
- Next Day Delivery cannot be guaranteed for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the Channel Islands.
**Please note, that the minimum spend is after any discounts have been applied.
