I have Thirst Class but I wasn’t the first to receive my box?
We’re sorry to hear that! With a Thirst Class subscription, we guarantee that your Gin of the Month box is prioritised at our warehouse facility and shipped out first. Unfortunately, any potential hold ups at local depots or other unforeseen circumstances on Royal Mail’s side are out of our control.
For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands even though boxes are dispatched first due to a longer transit time, they may be delivered later than mainland. We are consistently working with our couriers to track and improve this service.
Please note that Thirst Class is not available for members residing in Jersey or Guernsey.
