I am a member, and want to spend points on the online shop

To spend your points on an online shop order, you’ll need to first log in to your Members’ Area account and choose a reward voucher.
Once you’re logged in, click on the ‘Rewards’ tab. Scroll down to Step 2: ‘Choose a reward voucher’ - here, you can see which voucher your points can be spent on, click on the one you wish to choose.
Once the reward has been chosen, scroll down to Step 3: ‘Spend your reward voucher’ - here, you need to click ‘Redeem’ to copy the discount needed when placing your online shop order.
When you’ve copied the discount code, you can proceed to placing your online shop order and adding the discount code during checkout.
