I want to cancel my Thirst Class subscription

If you wish to cancel your annual subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time in the subscription year before renewal. To cancel, please contact our Memberships Team on [email protected]
If you cancel your subscription to Thirst Class within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not used your Thirst Class subscription in that period please contact our Memberships Team on [email protected] and we will refund the price you paid in full within 7 days.
However, no refund will be available if you have used our Thirst Class delivery service twice before notifying us that you would like to cancel e.g. one Gin of the Month delivery and one Next-Day delivery on shop purchases. If you have used our Thirst Class service once only, we will refund you the amount paid for Thirst Class, minus the cost of the delivery service used. That means, as an example, if you have used our Next-Day delivery service one time while subscribed to Thirst Class, and then wish to cancel, we would refund you the £30 paid for Thirst Class, minus £7.95 for the Next-Day delivery, equalling £22.05 total to refund.
Please note, that if you cancel your subscription to Thirst Class, though still have an active Craft Gin Club membership, you will still be able to use the benefits of Thirst Class subscription up to your renewal date.
